A large number of years ago, pre COVID era, I did a blog piece that I never finished, something about the best of the best about vaccines…  knowing intuitively that the issue was going to blow up big.  And now, almost a decade later, it has blown up.  Much more information is out there.  It is incredible to think that in this day and age, many people are not capable of doing their own research online. And if they should be in the minority of the population who can bring up a reasonably responsive search result, they have no clue how to vet information.

Draconian mandates continue to drive national vaccine policy, but the push back is getting LOUD.  The volume has increased due to the COVID bioweapon injections.  Someone, the DOD?, intended/intends to commit genocide on the population of the world.  Do those holding “a ticket” get saline injected, instead of instructions in how to manufacture a foreign protein - never before found inside a human body, or “the pre-COVID era” body of any other living organism?

The COVID-era mandates assaulted not only the body, but also the mind.  And the spirit.  Social isolation.  Prohibition against the 1st amendment right to assemble.  Medical protocols which may not be questioned. Gaslighting. Best information on vaccine efficacy and transmission I have ever come across.  Siri is the USA’s goto vaccine lawyer…. He files all the lawsuits and FOIA requests for Del Bigtree’s ICAN (Informed Consent Action Network) organization.  He is responsible for bringing down Mississippi’s ban on religious vaccine exemptions for school children. (Now, only 5 states ban religious exemptions…)

Much about the COVID vax, but he also talks in detail about 5 childhood vaxxes - polio, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, chickenpox - and examines what these things actually do.  And what they don’t do.  Actually, I think this information makes a case for herd immunity to protect the vaxxed person from being symptomatic - but then you have to look at the safety story.  You also have to recognize that the recently vaxxed may have the virus or bacteria, but not know it - and then unknowingly transmit the illness to others he comes in contact with. In fact, multiple vaxxed and asymptomatic people will put MORE virus or bacteria into the environment than would be there if nature was left to its own devices.

Diphtheria and tetanus are not transmissible.  The illness comes from a toxin that the diphtheria and tetanus bacteria manufacture.

The dead polio shot puts antibodies in the blood but does nothing for the intestines, which is a place the virus lives, and the feces carry the virus and accomplish transmission.  It reduces symptoms - so you can have it, and not know it - and thus, transmit it. In 2000, the live polio vaccine (sugar cubes) was abandoned due to side effects.

Siri also talks about data  showing people who have HAD measles have statistically significant LOWER incidence of heart disease, stroke and cancer later in life.  I have heard reference to these studies in the past….  Siri goes into detail.

Each MMR and chickenpox vax contains millions of fragments of DNA from aborted fetuses.  MRC-5  (14 week old male embryo’s lung tissue) and WI-38 are their names.  J&J covid had aborted fetal tissue in the vials.  Pfizer and Moderna only used fetal tissue in development….. not in the product )  A vaccine containing a live virus must be grown in the cells of living tissue - that’s the only way to make them.

New York Times reports RFK wants to pull the polio vax.  Siri says the petition he filed with the FDA asked to suspend one of six polio vaccines on the market from being administered to children pending adequate safety studies was filed on behalf of ICAN (Informed Consent Action Network).  RFK had nothing to do with this filing; RFK and Siri’s firm never discussed this petition.  His firm does represent RFK in other matters, but not this one.

This vaccine is still available to adults, and there would be five others available to children.  The product in question was reviewed for safety for 3 days post administration prior to FDA approval.  There was no control group.  The polio virus for this vaccine used a novel technology - it was grown in chromosomal modified monkey kidney cells rendered immortal - and ended up in the vials containing the product.

Siri’s firm has 40 people doing exclusively vaccine work.  His practice is nationwide.  Some of the people do exclusively policy work.  Others represent injured individuals - doing filings in vaccine court.   The vaccine court, created by the 1986 National Childhood Vaccines Act, is funded by a 75 cent tax on each jab.  (Pharma pays nothing to compensate for injury caused by their product.)

The end of this interview discusses how aborted fetal tissue is used in vaccine research and production.  It gave me a whole new perspective on the reasons for religious exemptions.

Siri also addresses a filing to pause the HepB vaccine (tested for 5 days before FDA approval) and a petition to pause 5 different live vaccines whose products have been proven to not contain the amount of aluminum listed on the ingredient list - sometimes the amount is less than stated, and other times as much as two times the amount.

I see digital ID and biometric identification on the immediate horizon. DJT will sell it to the public.  May be part of the plan to minimize fraud as each of us enters the new financial system.  And for control forever after.  On the “digital blockchain”.

Congressional hearing on COVID affirms each and every conspiracy theory about the ‘virus’, it’s allopathic treatment protocol, and the mRNA vax, the spike protein, shedding, and the deaths and disabilities caused by this thing.  Low cost, over-the-counter treatments to lower the spike count exist, but allopaths must not speak of these things.

Clif High is insistent that ETs are going to appear.  Not to our governments.  Not within the U.S., except they will show their drones  and perhaps fly over in their ships- (likely broadcasting a frequency for a specific purpose. JR)  There have been numerous reports of craft over military installations throughout the entire world.

Drones in NJ.  Now moving all over the U.S., showing themselves.  No official response from the Feds, except for local congressmen, senators and governors.  White House says reports cannot be confirmed.  Gaslighting, Advanced class, Graduate level instruction.

    Various types and sizes reported.  I saw one high up in the sky, like over the bay - perhaps one mile away or less.  Just a BRIGHT white light, moving erratically in the sky.  Also 2 other stationary bright white lights - at first I thought they were planets.  But the brightness of the light was like an LED light bulb.  Brightest planet in the sky I ever saw…. NOT.  My friend saw one the size of a car hovering over the Walt Whitman Bridge between Philadelphia and NJ.  His son saw one in western NJ the size of a bus, flying over the electric transmission lines behind his house.  They are now being reported all over the U.S.  Many sightings in eastern PA, but I just may be seeing more stuff  than others because this is local to me.  Green and Red lights too.  The flight time without refueling is beyond any drone technology known to us.  And no one knows where they are landing in the daytime.

    Clif High says they will land and humanoid beings will emerge in an effort to communicate with us.  Will they do a demonstration like we saw in The Day The Earth Stood Still? By the time DJT comes into office, the federal government will be irrelevant to the news.  25% of the population in the U.S. will not be able to handle it.

Catherine Austin Fitts and David Icke are issuing the same warning about adding Bitcoin the the federal strategic asset reserve.  I doubt they have conferred with one another.

Bitcoin has become a pump and dump scheme.  I recall when I thought $600 for one Bitcoin was outrageous.  Well, now it’s at $100,000.

How does one use Bitcoin for purchases?  Who takes it?  It is not defined by U.S. law as “currency”.  Once acquired, how does one unload it by cashing in or purchasing services or goods?

Apparently, there are many Bitcoin “whales” out there, including early adopters.  Their investment is not liquid….. UNLESS, the federal government buys their Bitcoin.  State governments are subject to a campaign to persuade them to do the same.  Trump and R.F.Kennedy are urging this action forward.  WHY?

Fitts and Icke are warning that this is a real asset grab by the wealthy Bitcoin whales. They take the cash payment from the government and use it to purchase real assets, like land and real estate.  The governments’ strategic reserves are left holding the bag.

Interestingly, there has been a systematic survey of U.S. land, down to 3,000 feet below the surface, to ascertain the VALUE of  our natural assets.  The total is 5 and some odd trilion dollars worth.  There for the taking….

MTHFR - Again

 

I discovered this issue around 2013ish.  I’ve been researching it ever since.  This is one of the best articles I have ever seen about the problem.

Is methylated in the body by the MTHFR enzyme, produced by the MTHFR gene…

Into

5-MTHF

To make the MTHFR enzyme, you need methyl donors from:

Betaine

Choline and/or

Methionine

(From food)

Food alone isn’t sufficient. Your body must be able to make the MTHFR enzyme.  Supplements that help this process along are:

SAMe

5-MTHF (a form of B9)

Methylcobalamin (a form of B12)

These 3 supplements don’t work the same on everybody.

B12 is CRITICAL to the methylation process

There are 4 forms of B12 - each work differently.

B12 as Methylcobalamin is the best choice.

The COMT gene also affects the methylation process

There are 2 forms:

SLOW COMT

Or

FAST COMT

Each requires a different supplementation protocol.

People with methylation issues often have histamine reactions

And to complicate things:

DNA Methylation turns genes off or on

A gene can either be turned on, expressing itself

Or

Turned off, not expressing itself - it causes no problem

If there are sufficient methyl donors in the body to attach to the DNA, the gene will turn OFF.  And vice versa.

So when a medical “professional” tells you, lots of people test positive for a 677 or 1298 MTHFR gene defect, and they’re just fine, because they have no issue.  So it’s not a problem.  And the actual situation is that the gene is just turned off because this particular body has sufficient methyl donors available.

What do we see right now?

- Israel and Gaza (and its supporters - Lebanon, and basically all the Arab peoples in the region.  See, it’s still tribal.)

- What am I reading now?  Substack! What a refreshing breath of fresh air, to read thoughtful and well written words about a variety of topic of interest to me.  Good Energy by Callie Means.   Fighting Angel by Pearl S. Buck (bio of her Christian missionary father in China 1880’s - 1930ish).  Fire and Blood by George R. R. Martin.  Just finished Pearl Buck’s Living Reed, a book about Korea 1880’s - the end of WWII and the start of Korean War.  I really should track all the books I read.

- People continue to die suddenly, and it’s an elephant in the room.  Just like autism statistics is a HUGE elephant.  Allopathic advice hasn’t changed.

- Am trying to clean up my diet some more.  Carbs are bad for me.  Must first limit them.  Then, we’ll see.  One day at a time.  Also: war on seed oils.  My cooking oils are good - have been for years.  It’ the condiments that do me in.

- Can’t write about family here, publicly.  But there’s a lot to say.  Should do in the written journal.  But handwriting continues to be awkward.  Used to enjoy it.  Like walking.  Loved doing walks - until I didn’t anymore.  Bricks of water in the legs….

- When talking about “the assassination attempt”, you have to ask, “Which one?”

- Presidential race drama continues.  There will be many books written about this era. We should all be capturing ‘primary source’ information and archiving it.  Because they’ve shown they will gaslight us by saying, “That never happened.”  A border tsar?  Never!!  Or, “It’s safe and effective.”

- Should I publish these blog pieces on Substack?  Some of them, maybe.

- What am I binging?  Kaos on Netflix.  Great Greek Myths on Prime.  Call the Midwife, Season 13 

        (the end?  I know Nonartis House closed around 1970.  They are up to the late 60’s.  That’s why I am watching slowly and savoring.  Not as good as the older seasons, of an earlier time. But it does show the change in British culture, how the lower classes gained a decent standard of living. Male allopaths wiped out midwifery and doula skills - they show it happening over a decade or two. The program depicts historic scenes of various living conditions in the slum housing of Poplar, by the docks - so you know the kind of renters these structures housed. The husbands are sometimes “good men” and other times “abusive drunks”.  You see the effects of disease, caused mainly by living conditions and diet. You see how elders often had a miserable end, alone, with few, if any, support systems.  You see the joy of a community, led by people of the community with integrity and energy plus desire to foster a positive environment.)  

- Started watching the Menendez brothers on Netflix - who murdered their parents - and it is a picture of an ostentatious and dark plus evil lifestyle.  Not a good environment for soul growth, I think.  Unless the point of that lifetime is to experience life without a soul possessing integrity.  Don’t know if I’ll finish watching it.  Entertaining trash.

- I love that I’m unpacking my 5 boxes of books.  I feel good when I have my books near me.  I look at a title, and the content comes flooding back at me.   And when you put all the contents together, WOW.

- Record floods on 4 continents.  Zsuzi is back home in Budapest (Hungary) for 2 months - watching the “big water” come down from the northern rivers….  No fall harvest, and no winter planting gonna happen. There will be implications.

- Green energy endeavors seem to be collapsing - thankfully!  No one wants an electric car.  Corporate pledges to purchase are being reversed.  I hope the market for electric school busses is also kaput.  Wind turbines are losing their blades, causing beach closures along the eastern U.S. coastline this summer. There’s a whole list of symptoms - coming from having your innards vibrated apart from a sound wave you can’t hear because it’s out of your auditory frequency range.

- Big corporations buying up conventional electric generations facilities.  Microsoft to do a 20 year lease with Constellation Energy to purchase power output from a restarted Three Mile Island nuke.  (There were 2.  The other one shut down for good after a very scary environmental incident.)  A Bitcoin mining operation is buying output of a to be restarted coal plant.  Meanwhile, the plebes won’t comprehend the meaning of “base load” until they experience brown outs.  Experience is a bitch.

- The condition of the financial system is precarious.  Actually, that is an understatement. The trigger for collapse will be when credit ceases to be offered.  They supply chain will shut down within 3 days.  (Is it time to stock up again?)  The FED cut interest rates by half of one percent - which is a huge cut - and mortgage interest rates continue to climb. 

- Wide open southern border.  Invaders.  Some come through authorized portal and get papers and a number.  Others just come. They are transported to large sanctuary cities and also small towns.  The resources of both spaces are quickly depleted.  At first, there is federal, state and local charity support - for housing, food, medical and education.  Venezuelan gangs, armed with automatic weapons, take over entire apartment buildings in Colorado. Ducks, cats and dogs slaughtered by Haitians in Ohio - for voodoo or for food?  Crime rates DOWN in Venezuela.   The news from Europe about foreign invasion by ‘migrants’ has been censored in the U.S. over the past few decades.  They are not almost completely taken over by non-native tribes.  

-  Vaxxed III was released 9/18/24.  The testimonies given on the bus are mainly about how relatives and friends were murdered in hospitals, all using the standard protocol for covid - didn’t matter if you had symptoms.  The PCR test was the judge and jury.  The stories from all across the U.S. are pretty much the same.  I’m sure there were good hospitals out there…. Must have been….. but the horror stories from institutions that USED TO BE ‘good’ are horrific.  All in the name of “safe and effective” and “trust the science”

- Clif high says the alien presence will be outed late October.  Outing an event is one thing…. Getting this information out to those who consume only mainstream news sources is another thing.

- P Diddy got busted for perversions of an Epstein nature. They say it’s big. Let’s see where this goes….  Penny Kelly predicted long ago that the outing of crimes on children - the sexual abuse and the terrorizing of adrenocrome harvesting - would be the thing to wake people from their slumber.  And then she never really talked about it again.

Penny Kelly prophesied many months ago that by August (2024), there would be no government running the United States… the White House would be empty.  Well, that has come to pass, and no one wants to talk about it.

It irks me when people want to engage in a political discussion, but are unable to address any of the following issues on any kind of a rational basis. 

I expect any “facts” or “statistics” presented in support of debating either side of any of The Issues to be vetted in advance by the presenter, and able to be verified by anyone’s personal research. In fact, I WANT people to do their OWN research.  (Do people know how to do that anymore?)

- open borders

- medical freedom

- censorship and free speech

- war mongering.  Ukraine. Gaza. They’ve been doing this all over the globe since WWII.

- financial crimes

- green energy bullshit

- normalization of the transgender narrative

- transferring parental rights to the state

- allopathic medical establishment/pharma/insurance industry issues

We deserve compensation of all expenses incurred, including loss of income and need to hire help to support daily living, due to knowing mistreatment and outright fraud by state and federal governments.

Dispute

We know that regardless of who wins the November 4th POTUS election, the other side will dispute the vote.  So, in a rational world, a protocol for disputing and validating the vote would be ironed out in advance.  In addition, the steps in the protocol would be communicated and publicized so that all know what to expect. Each state would need to do this, as election procedures are the legal responsibility of the state - not the federal government.

When you click on it to read more detail, you are taken to a “place” outside of Facebook.  And you can’t back out of it.  You have to close it.  Like it launches a new app.

Beware of rouge apps.

I have a theory. THREADS is an A I who collects data about which clickbait you fall for… it builds a profile of you…. For future use.

It holds your “threat level assessment ranking” locally, alongside your GPS coordinates.

Things are coming apart.  They don't work anymore for the majority of the population.  Medicine.  Education.  Government.  Finance - all levels.

I love Tilton Markets' meats!  The prices have skyrocketed in the last year.  A sirloin steak - 2 big meals, or 3 smaller portions - goes for around $20.  Used to be $10.  Maybe $12.

Gaslighting abounds in all areas of the media. Most people weren't good at vetting the credibility of information they consume - long ago.  And their discernment skills have not improved since then.

War is imminent between Israel and Iran.  Hamas and Hezbollah will join the party, I'm sure.  Commercial aircraft are ceasing flights in and out of Tel Aviv.  Biden administration is pulling back from all out support of Israel, be still, we give them substantial aid.

I also suggest you read Alexander Hamilton’s Federalist Paper No. 70.  During the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia, Hamilton wrote a series of essays about discussions amongst the signers as they deliberated the concepts that ended up in the U.S. Constitution.  These essays were published in 1788 to inform Hamilton’s constituents in New York about the goings-on in Philadelphia.  Paper No. 70 discusses executive power.   https://billofrightsinstitute.org/primary-sources/federalist-no-70

The recent SCOTUS decision applies to ALL U.S. Presidents during their time in office.  It is a complex subject, which I fear the majority of Americans are not able to digest or comprehend.

Is 10(b)(5) Dead? Who cares?

Most people have no interest in this.  The implications of how this will touch their lives and well-being if this agenda is allowed to proceed unchallenged…. Are LOST on most every soul I know.

This has to do with the destruction of the “Rule Of Law” in the United States.  The long held understanding of what is and is not permitted under federal securities statutes/laws…. Is being changed by Court decisions.

Fitts talked about this last night. Less experienced investment bankers have traditionally been schooled by their employer about activities said to be illegal.  Violation carries civil and/or criminal charges against the corporation and the players who break the law….. as written in the statutes and as interpreted by the courts.  Securities Acts of 1933 and 1934….

IF a firm, or a member of the team putting together an initial offering of initial stock (the prospectus), or updating the corporate filings required by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)…. If there is a “material omission” about anything known to anyone in the group, that might affect the price of the stock down the road…. This MUST be revealed to prospective investors.  In other words, reveal the known risks of what you are investing in; possible windfalls are also required to be reported.  Failure to do this could get you sued or criminally indicted.

When I was a litigation paralegal at Ballard Spahr in the 1970’s, I worked on civil securities fraud lawsuits.  Specifically, violation of 10(b)(5) cases.  Shareholders who lose money get pissed off and sometimes sue because the company failed to disclose a known risk.  In law firms, all lawyers who recently billed time to a company must sign off on “The Audit Letter”. The lawyer preparing the company SEC filings reviews the comments and sign-offs on The Audit Letter, and determines what must be reported as a material issue in the filing.

Moab Partners unanimously held that a “pure omission”—the failure to disclose information in the absence of an inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading statement—cannot give rise to liability under Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or Rule 10b-5 thereunder, even where there is an affirmative regulatory duty to disclose the omitted information.”

WTF?

It sound like that if a huge risk is not mentioned in any way in the SEC filing, then it OK to say nothing about it.  Am I reading this right?  But once you mention an issue in a filing, you are required to report any change in the situation in future filings.  So best to say nothing at all.  But one clarification must be made: this new ruling cannot be applied to 11(a) violations, which pertain to the issuance of new stock, i.e., Registration Statements”.  Only 10(b)(5) violations are impacted by this new definition of what is legal.

So all you investors in the U.S. Stock Market, good luck to you.  When you don’t know the whole situation about your investment’s business prospects, it’s tough to make an intelligent decision about whether or not to buy.  Or sell!  (But the “insiders” know.  Lawyers and others working an a stock issue or a merger are typically banned from trading stock in the companies involved in the deal. So are company “insiders” who know more than the public.)

Better Diagnosis

 

In 1974-1976, I worked part-time at Elwyn Institute…. A very upscale residential facility in Pennsylvania for retarded people of all ages.  We had the granddaughter of a Supreme Court justice/daughter of U.S. Attorney General, and the daughter of some D.C. bigwig who told us about visits to see President Ford at the White House.   Tuition was not cheap. I was a counselor in one of the 3 female buildings.  My building had 4 wings, each with 20 souls.  One housed the “little girls”, ages 6 up to about 18…. Many  of whom were severely retarded (or disabled?).  A second housed the “old ladies” - 30s - 40’s age group… these residents had life experience and knew the routine of the institution.  A third held emotionally disturbed teenagers, along with those known to exhibit occasional violence - working that wing on a full moon was a hoot!  And a fourth wing held the 20 somethings.  50% of the residents needed help with the daily activities of living (hygeine, dressing, etc.).  We walked to the dining hall 3 times daily for cafeteria style meals.  We didn’t have “autism” in our vocabulary, and we observed a wide variety of behaviors from the residents.  Looking back, I can say the only person with “autism”, as it is understood today, was a 7 year old named Sally.  We had no idea what was wrong with her.  She was non-verbal, and did not make eye contact or interact with people.

C. A. Fitts recently published Whitney Webb’s treatise about the state of A I - digital in 2023, print in 2024.  As usual, Fitts pens a thoughtful introduction, and follows up Webb’s work with content about human beauty and enjoyment.  In her intro, she relates her personal experiences with the status of A I while traveling in the U.S. (hotel, car rental, airline), and horror story after major inconvenience, she leaves the impression that current A I falls short of providing service even close to the quality of human interaction. The human players in these transactions are powerless to explain or alter the mandates of the A I in charge of the system.

Webb’s message is laid out along the lines of Kissinger/Schmidt/Huttenlocher‘s  analysis - In their 2021 book, “The Age of A I”.  She summarizes these authors’ key thoughts, and adds her own insights — typically in the guise of push-back.

One of the points that sobered me is found on p. 27.  A I has no intention, morality, motivation or emotion.  It doesn’t hope, pray or feel, and cannot be reflective or have awareness.

All advice of the A I is based upon the material used to train the A I.  Its handlers control the knowledge base of the A I.  (Must it be trained in how to handle discrepancies in the knowledge base?)

A I is the “fact-checker”. Content is scanned real time to censor the unwanted and promote the narrative.  (Who controls the narrative?)  Repetition of the narrative becomes human beliefs.  The human is unaware that this is happening. S/he doesn’t realize free will has been eliminated. (Chemical castration of the brain also knocks out initiative to think differently.)

We are the last generation to have free will.

Rule of Law

It is significant.  Legally.  If rule of law is to survive, this is very good.  Now let’s see the courts’ decisions implemented in future behavior.  Accountability for what transpired is also happening…. Investigations have no enforcement capability.  Need grand juries.  Grand jury testimony is transcribed, exhibits are collected and “the record” is preserved.  If it goes to court, it must be turned over to the defense.  And all proceedings before a grand jury are CLOSED —- just like a courtroom trial jury —— same rules for jurors. 

Two Federal Circuit Court decisions have recently been handed down.  The Federal Circuit Court is between the Federal District Court and the SCOTUS.   State courts also have 3 levels, and they are all named differently.  The prosecution now has the ball in the 9th Circuit decision — will they appeal to SCOTUS?

Not a “vaccine”.  And it says “medical treatments” cannot be forced upon a person.  (Interesting implications for medical kidnappings and forced hospital protocols….)

 Back in the day, U.S. banks were required to hold ‘x’ amount of cash for each ‘y’ amount of money loaned.  So if a bank had $100 in deposits, it could have an outstanding loan balance of $1000.

NY highest court rules hospitals who refused treatment with ivermectin during the covid hysteria are not shielded from liability if sued.

Conversing

 

We talk. To one another. To ourselves. What do we talk about?

We dream. Alone. Can some souls join with others in self-awareness while the body is sleeping?

What forms the content in each state of being.  Are these being states the rules within 3-D environments?

When we wake-talk, we can talk about the content of the dreams we recall, what we saw on TV, or any screen, eating, what we’ve read, who we have interacted with, our emotions, our children, pets and significant others….  It usually is pulled from recent 3-D experiences, as well as internal self-chatter.

In dreams, we have the ability to create new environments; sometimes they have different rules. Or, the setting may be a familiar house or someplace physical where you have been.   I think we pull from deeper memories when in sleep, compared to the awakened state.

Why do we converse?

Meditation is to cease the conversation.  But then, we might suddenly receive a communication from someplace outside of your self-awareness.  It may be the answer to a question you have been been tormented by for a long time, or maybe for just a few hours or days.  Time has a different quality when in sleep, compared to the awakened state.

What is the difference between consciousness and self-awareness.  I recently heard the following;         Consciousness is the 3-D recognition of physical stimulus - your 5 senses. But self-awareness is the state of knowing. A buzz. An aliveness. Being able to connect dots and create the new. The recognition of the dimension of time, and knowing that observations of time change with time. This is self-awareness.

Executive Power - Asset Seizure

Janet Yellen, the current Secretary of the U.S. Treasury, believes the U.S. should do all it can to seize Russia’s 300 billion impounded $$ and give it to Ukraine.  She says this action is “necessary and urgent”, and that there is certainly an “economic and moral case to move forward.”  She is certain the courts will support her decision to seize property based on a belief and a decree. Titus recounts how the revolt of the noble class against King John resulted in The Magna Carta in 1215.  You see, King John had gotten beholden to the moneylenders, who had financed his wars and shenanigans. He taxed all in his kingdom to pay his debts, which were inflated by all kinds of devious schemes, like usury.  So now, the moneylenders begin to ask King John to issue a decrees allowing the seizure of someone’s personal property, like their farm, or business.  The King’s Army would make the seizure, and people were separated from their property.  “Larceny” was the legal term used back in the day. After that meeting in the meadow with King John, “larceny” became a crime.  Men gained “rights”.

And in Oregon, small farms and market gardens are being shut down because of non-compliance with new regulations. This is being done by the State Government in the name of “water conservation and groundwater protection”. If you’re going to have “rule of law” in your civilization, you also need to have sane laws and lawyers who lack evil intent. Laws have to make sense.  And the procedure for drafting and approving laws needs reform.  Multiple topics must not be covered in the same bill.  Drafts must be circulated to all legislators well in advance of the vote.  The welfare of the people in the community must take precedence over economic considerations.

The Government Can’t Do That

 

Bobbie Anne Cox is a high power New York real estate lawyer with 25 years of practice under her belt.  She jumped into a different practice area in 2020, when multitudes of clients came to her to try to save their rental properties from being taken from them.  You see, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) proclaimed a moratorium on evictions due to the COVID “crisis”, and when renters didn’t pay, and landlords couldn’t evict, the banks and mortgage companies foreclosed.  Bobbie’s clients were not the behemoth conglomerates like Black Rock or State Street.  These were ordinary people, who made or supplemented their income with rental units that they managed.  Bobbie said, “They can’t do that” and began her journey to become a Constitutional lawyer.  

In April 2022, Bobbie filed a lawsuit on behalf of a group of New York State legislators against New York Governor Kathy Hochul and her Department of Health to strike down a quarantine edict issued by the executive branch of government.  It is commonly referred to as The Quarantine Law.  The trial court struck down the law.  Here is their decision.  Hochul appealed, and the appellate court reversed the lower court, 5 - 0, allowing the Quarantine Law to stand.  The rationale was that the legislator plaintiffs have no “standing”.  Cox appealed to New York’s highest court, and as of March 13, 2024, is waiting to hear whether the court will hear the case.

The Quarantine law needs to be read to understand how outrageous and unconstitutional it.  First, the concept of “due process” has been eliminated.  And second, the executive branch of the state government has usurped the constitutional power of the legislative branch; when this happens, we call it “tyranny.”

This regulation dictates that anyone can be isolated or quarantined for a contagious disease, any place, any time, for as long as the state chooses.  Proof of illness or any threat is not required.  There is no provision for the detainee to object or appeal, except that the detainee may hire a lawyer and sue the state.

Mainstream media has not covered this case in any meaningful way.  This is in spite of press releases, press conferences, and many interviews with various of the plaintiffs and with Bobbie Anne Cox. There are significant legal issues in play here.  “But what happens in New York doesn’t affect me.” And “the regulation hasn’t been enforced yet, so what’s the big deal?” They say…. But know that the train is on the track that travels across state lines, and the engine is started.  Pay Attention.

Worms and Like-kind Critters

 

We religiously deworm our dogs, horses…. All our pets.  But we never deworm ourselves. The mere suggestion of doing so sends shivers of repulsion up and down the spine of so many people.  It’s funny how we think that the human biological organism is immune from what inflicts health problems on other biological organisms who share our environment.  The paradigm is shifting.  There is much evidence now that many cancers are merely nests of parasites.  Did you know ivermectin has been shown to cure certain types of brain tumors in humans?  Did you know it has been suggested that MS is brain parasites?

Disrespect and Financial Infidelity

 

One cannot live with disrespect ozzing outward from a person who is in your life, more than not in your life.

At some point you say, STOP.  And you mean it.  And you take action.  You have to do this before you shrink down so small that you lose yourself.

Financial infidelity is an offshoot of disrespect.  Especially in a marriage.  Marriage is a social and financial contract.   You will own assets jointly with your spouse, incur debt with your spouse, and have a future stake in each other’s retirement benefits.  When one partner jeapordizes the other’s financial standing without the knowledge of and agreement to the transaction, financial infidelity has happened.

Technical experts with the courage of their convictions said, 3 years ago, it will take 3 to 5 years to see what “these things” do to people.  Well, we’re seeing.  But the elephant still doesn’t want to talk about it.

Highly intelligent professionals somehow manage to not see hard statistical evidence, such as that presented by Ed Dowd.  How can life insurance disability and death claim statistics, and state birth and death filings be fudged? These numbers say what they say, but they are not heard, or they are ignored. As are Department of Defense treatment statistics for various disorders amongst the military, pre and post the plandemic era.

I am thankful for my time in the late 70s and early 80s, doing medical malpractice work in the law firm.  I also worked a federal grand jury investigation targeting Smith Kline for killing 52 people with their new wonder drug: Selacryn. I learned all about the FDA’s new drug application process, as well as post launch periodic reports. (They plead nolo contendre, paid their fine, and continued as though nothing happened ….)   I saw the jury awards to parents of babies with brains burned out from the P in the DPT shots for both compensatory and punitive damages. The National Childhood Vaccine Act, removing all liability from harm due to negligence or product liability for vaccines on the CDC childhood schedule, wasn’t passed until 1986. (People should note that liability due to fraud was not removed by the 1986 Act.)  My eyes were opened.

Back in the day, those whose bodies presented with clogged methylation channels, i.e., the could not detox poisons and contaminants as well as others…. Those were the ones who experienced the majority of the injuries.  But we didn’t know that then….. MTHFR genetic defects and their manifestations weren’t known until the next century.  And there is still much work to be done to understand this problem, and to educate medical professionals about how to manage health in a body so inclined.  And there is also much to be done to connect the dots between those with the various MTHFR patterns and injuries from jabs and other toxins.

The 1986 Act negotiations yielded 2 concessions from pharma: 1) they would continue research on how to make safer vaccines and submit a report about this work to the federal government every 2 years, and 2) the creation of a system to report injuries and a mechanism for compensation would be created, thus VAERS was birthed.  So how did that turn out?  Well, a couple of years back, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s organization filed a FOIA request for evidence of the biannual reports to the feds.  The request was ignored.  He sued in federal court.  The feds replied that they could find no evidence of any such report being made. As for VAERS and the Vaccine Court? Well, ask any medical professional about VAERS…. IF they are even aware that this is a thing, ask who can file a report and how is it done.  I’m told the process takes in excess of an hour and requires copious documentation. No medical office got time for that. And people who know about VAERS generally do not know they can file a claim themself. (https://vaers.hhs.gov/reportevent.html)  A CDC sponsored study by Harvard found that fewer than 10% of injuries are reported to VAERS.  As for the vaccine court, by the time many parents of injured children discover that this exists, the statue of limitations has run out.  A lawyer is needed to make a filing, and there are very few lawyers with the expertise or interest in taking such cases.  Monetary compensation for current and future actual/compensatory damages is sparse, and awards are certainly not automatic.  Most claims are rejected. Fast forward. MRNA technology is a whole different animal. This product damages not only those with MTHFR defects; it damages everyone. Classifying MRNA shots as vaccines required the definition of a “vaccine” to be changed.  The COVID MRNA shot injects no disease vector into the body…. Not living or dead…. Nada.  Instead, it instructs the body to manufacture a new protein.  When the body encounters a substance it does not recognize, it tries to destroy it.  Thus, autoimmune diseases. And the newly manufactured protein, i.e., “the spike”, disrupts the chemical pathways in the body in ways still not understood, and causes other proteins to misfold clog the flow of life at various points inside the organism. It is highly experimental.
