there is an article i read the other day that i cannot find, damn it!  it had one indicator that you have been in a relationship with a narcissist: you make NOTES of conversations to convince yourself later this really happened.  reference my blog entry below this one.  wow.  i sure wish i knew all this years ago....

the other item I am now learning is how long it takes to 'recover' from association with one of these people, and how the experience can permanently change you.

for the final 5 years i pretty much stayed in my room or in the yard.

Signs That You’ve Been Abused by a Narcissist

1. YOU DOUBT YOURSELF

Do you recognize that you’re doubting yourself more than you ever have before?

Victims of narcissistic abuse often appear uncertain of themselves, constantly seeking clarification that they haven’t made a mistake or misheard something.

This reactive adaptation to narcissistic abuse is because the narcissist is ALWAYS finger pointing and shifting blame to YOU for ALL of the ups & downs both in the relationship AND in the narcissist’s personal psyche.

Because this relationship has NON EXISTENT boundaries, you will find YOURSELF constantly PUT UPON and FORCED to accept responsibility for things you didn’t do or say. This borrowed humiliation and shame is exactly what the narcissist intends for the victim to take from the narcissist. Their own unfelt core of shame.

2. CONFUSION

Just refer to the above explanation of self doubt and boundary transgression if you want to understand the CONFUSION that is part and parcel of narcissistic abuse.

Daily boundary transgression and criss crossing of responsibility starts to wear on even the clearest minded of targets.

Suddenly you wake up and realize that all the realities and borders between yourself and others is not only BLURRED but MISSING.

It’s confusing to KNOW that you aren’t responsible for someone else’s behavior, thinking and feeling but to be CONSTANTLY SCOLDED for behaving, thinking and feeling as if you ARE.

It’s crazy-making and a narcissist purposefully causes this confusion. They know that a divided and conquered mind is their most vulnerable and susceptible target who won’t be able to identify that their confusion is caused by an abusive technique called ‘gaslighting’.

Gaslighting is a technique of psychological abuse used by narcissists to instill confusion and anxiety in their target to the point where they no longer trust their own memory, perception or judgment.  With gas lighting, the target initially notices that something happens that is odd, but they don’t believe it.  The target attempts to fight the manipulation, but are confused further by being called names or told that they’re: ‘Just Too sensitive’, ‘Crazy’, ‘Imagining things’ or the narcissist  flat out DENIES ever saying anything hurtful. Gradually, the target learns not to trust their own perceptions and begins doubting themselves.  Broken and unable to trust themselves, they isolate further. The target now doubts everything about themselves: their thoughts and opinions, their ideas and ideals. They become dependent on the narcissist for their reality.

For it is in your CONFUSION and acceptance of responsibility that belongs to the narcissist, that a narcissist is able to successfully CONTROL YOU and USE YOU as a scapegoat for their problems.

3. FEELING CRAZY

Every minute of every hour of every day of every year, a Narcissist, who has a DSM classifiable personality DISORDER (ie: not playing with a full deck) is PROJECTING their disorder onto those around them. If you don’t think that having a crazy person constantly blaming you for being “crazy” will make you crazy, I’d like to introduce you to a narcissist that will convince you otherwise.

This disorder isn’t a relationship gone wrong. This disorder isn’t kid stuff. It’s MALEVOLENT. It’s a transference of malevolence and MENTAL DISORDER from the person who has it to the person who DOESN’T.

Frankly, before a narcissist, I’ve not once in my life, FELT CRAZY. Neither have I ever been told by a psychologist and I’ve seen lots of them – that I had anything WRONG with MY own MENTAL HEALTH. Personally, I always had it “together”. I was resilient, mentally tough, and withstood many events in my life that would make others crumble.

Yet, when I unwittingly dated someone with this serious mental health malady, I wanted to slam an entire set of broken porcelain down his throat sideways and every obtuse moron that believes the garbage that comes out of his mouth. No, it’s not that I suddenly became a person interested in physical violence, I suddenly became a person who was witnessing a DSM category all wrapped up into a physical being – who turned his mental health problems ON Me. I became a target of a person with a problem. They say, “Hurt people, HURT people”. I say, “Narcissistic People DESTROY PEOPLE”.

4. EMERGING CLUSTER OF SYMPTOMS THAT HAVE NO OTHER EXPLANATION

All I could muster to the narcissist in my dear john letter when I broke up with him that wonderful New Year’s Eve, was “I DONT KNOW what’s WRONG!! But I just don’t feel like myself. Something feels EXTREMELY TOXIC and I don’t know why”…..This should be the alert when a victim of narcissistic abuse presents themselves to therapists. The inexplicable “complaint”.

My first visit to my therapist were those words exactly. “I don’t know what’s wrong with me, but It’s SERIOUS!” I felt it. I did – I felt BEWILDERED inside, but I could not articulate what it was. (another red flag for someone usually able to articulate every feeling and explanation about myself in-depth).How was it that after 43 years of explaining, analyzing and discussing my own deficiencies quite well, I could NOT for the life of me explain to my therapist what was so “wrong” with me that it was palpable. His answer, set me free, it really did. 

“YOU HAVE BEEN IN A DOMESTICALLY VIOLENT RELATIONSHIP WITH A NARCISSIST “

My therapist had some background with this person. He’d WITNESSED the narcissist calling me, berating me during sessions. I held the phone away during one session, so that my therapist could hear the narcissist on the other end questioning me about cheating, “Accusing me of having an affair with the therapist”.  Grilling me about what the therapist looked like and would speak to me like. He even accused the therapist of wanting me sexually and that was the reason the therapist spoke so lowly of the narcissist. (of course it couldn’t just be that the narcissist had a bad reputation and the community was on to him)

Sufferers report that their spark has gone out and, even years later, find they just cannot get motivated about anything.

Unaware that we’ve been living in a war zone with a tyrannical narcissist, we can’t quite grasp the words to articulate the abuse, yet at the same time, we VERY MUCH FEEL IT. We present ourselves to the mental health community, incapable of speaking about an abuse we yet know nothing about. Until that word, “NARCISSISTIC ABUSE” is given to us, we have NO IDEA that is what’s causing our pain. That’s why it’s SO IMPORTANT to get the word out there, what narcissists look like, their modus operandi, the words and phrases they use, so that when a victim of their abuse begins looking for answers, they quickly will be able to identify that they are involved with a narcissist.

In Narcissistic Victim Syndrome you are looking for a cluster of symptoms to emerge many are the symptoms of trauma (avoidance, loss of interest, feeling detached, sense of a limited future, sleeping or eating difficulties and nightmares, irritability, hyper-vigilance, easily startled, flashbacks, hopelessness, psychosomatic illnesses, self-harming, thoughts of suicide etc).Some victims develop Stockholm Syndrome and want to support, defend, and love the abuser despite what they have gone through.

5. DISSOCIATION

Victims tend to ‘dissociate’ or detach from their emotions, body, or surroundings. Living in a war zone where all forms of power and control are used against you (intimidation; emotional, physical and mental abuse; isolation, economic abuse, sexual abuse, coercion, control etc), the threat of abuse is always present. Dissociation is an automatic coping mechanism against overwhelming stress.

Symptoms of dissociation resulting from trauma may include depersonalization, (disconnecting your body awareness from your physical self) psychological numbing, disengaged from life and passions, or amnesia regarding the events of the abuse.

It has been hypothesized that dissociation may provide a temporarily effective defense mechanism in cases of severe trauma; however, in the long-term, dissociation is associated with decreased psychological functioning and adjustment.

Other symptoms sometimes found along with dissociation in victims of traumatic abuse (often referred to as “sequelae to abuse”) include anxiety, PTSD, low self-esteem, somatization, depression, chronic pain, interpersonal dysfunction, substance abuse, self-mutilation and suicidal ideation or actions. These symptoms may lead the victim to erroneously present the symptoms as the source of the problem.

6. PTSD

Let’s face it. If I didn’t mention PTSD, or Complex PTSD, I would NOT be doing the topic of narcissistic abuse syndrome ANY justice.

Ptsd, in layman’s terms? From a fellow sufferer? A Cerebral anxiety attack that makes your whole body come alive with PALPABLE FEAR. The rapid heart beat, the intrusive and spinning thoughts and fears – just like the abuse is CURRENTLY HAPPENING SEQUENTIALLY ALL OVER AGAIN. This is called RE-LIVING.  It’s as if the traumatic abuse event is occurring in the present tense. All the emotions of fear, shame, shrinking, wincing, looking over your shoulder & walking on eggshells waiting to be attacked ruthlessly AGAIN.     

Physical numbness -

(toes, fingertips, lips) is common, as is emotional numbness (especially inability to feel joy).

Avoidance -

of places, sounds, tastes, and songs that remind them of their abuser or the abuse. Intense feelings of anxiety even in anticipation of having to revisit the memories.

Memory Loss – Almost all targets report impaired memory. Partially due to conscious avoidance as well as from the damage done to the hippocampus, an area of the brain linked to learning and memory.

Need for solitude / tendency to isolate -

We’re EXHAUSTED after narcissistic abuse. Feelings of withdrawal and isolation are common; we just want to be in our own head for a while, find our own answers; thus, solitude is sought.

Lack of Joy and Hope -

Inability to feel joy (anhedonia) and deadening of loving feelings towards others are commonly reported. One fears never being able to feel love or trust again.

The target becomes very gloomy and senses a foreshortened future sometimes with justification. Many targets ultimately have severe psychiatric injury, severely impaired health and/or stress related illnesses.

Sleeplessness-

Melatonin became my new best friend after narcissistic abuse. The nightmares and night terrors can be overwhelming that good restorative sleep becomes impossible.  Napping became my new favorite passion.

Sleep becomes almost impossible, despite the constant fatigue; such sleep as is obtained tends to be unsatisfying, unrefreshing and non-restorative. On waking, the person often feels more tired than when they went to bed. Depressive feelings arrive very early in the morning, making falling back to sleep an impossibility.  Feelings of vulnerability and loneliness may be heightened overnight.

Anxiousness, Guilt & Disturbing thoughts – 

Targets have an extremely short fuse and are easily irritated. The person frequently experiences obsessive visions of violence happening to the narcissist  hoping for an accident for, or murdering the narcissist; the resultant feelings of guilt further limit progress in healing.

Fight or Flight Response – 

With your system on alert for ever-present danger in the environment it’s easy to react sensitively to sudden changes – causing the startle response.

Awareness of symptoms – 

It’s very harrowing to realize that you are different from you were before the narcissist; FUNDAMENTALLY DIFFERENT. When you are very aware that PTSD has replaced the narcissist, it emotionally drains the target of any hope for being PERMANENTLY NARCISSISTIC FREE. We don’t want to be constantly reminded and aware of the person we escaped. We want to live freely, however symptoms, are a constant reminder that we DON’T.

insanity. there was insanity within my homelife.  true insanity.  i made notes...... a field study.
i should publish them as a case study!!!
i tried to defend my children.
they each have their own recollections...... but I have notes, recorded as objectively as possible, with emphasis on noting physically observable actions/words.  then, an analysis of the behavior made a week or so later, once the emotions had cooled....
there was no physical abuse that i know of, but then i may not know everything.
wow. what a disaster.

Birds Appearing, Means WHAT?

Have been searching for why birds fly in front of me.  Or beside me.  They come near me walking on the ground.  They fly in front of my car.  And I do often come upon feathers.........

According to Robert Morning Sky, just about everything you have been taught is a lie, including your true galactic lineage, religion and following the light upon death. Robert's Hopi and Apache lineage ties together the missing pieces of what our indoctrination facilities (schools and churches) do not tell us and do NOT want us to know!

In general, Morning Sky's genetic lineage story followsZecharia Sitchen's story, but not completely.  This is, indeed, a slave planet where we have been genetically modified to become subservient slaves to our masters.

While most of the controlling extraterrestrials on this planet are malevolent, we have received help frombenevolent Pleiadians, who are trying to help EA undo what the Reptilians, Sirians and malevolent Anunnaki have set up on this planet for us.  This is part of the untold story from a New Mexico UFO crash around the "4 corners" area of the United States in August, 1947.  Apparently, 6 Apache Indians on a vision quest, including Morning Sky's grandfather, rescued the lone surviving Pleiadian (called a "Star Elder").  This particular Pleiadian used crystals to project images to 

communicate the history of our solar system and mankind, itself.

According to Morning Sky, the light at the end of the tunnel leads to a soul regeneration center where your soul becomes trapped in the reincarnation cycle on this planet, in order to continue serving those entities who are in charge of Mother Earth.  This was put into place by the Reptilians, who were given free reign of the planet in order to get people to go into the tunnel of light.

To those who are religious, this story may rock your boat.  According to Morning Sky, the Sirians are responsible for all religions in order to control man. The Anunnaki's Enlil appointed himself as God of this planet, despite his brother Ea (as in EArth) and sister being responsible for the genetic creation of mankind.  Enlil is the same "god" that is in the Old Testament of the bible.  If you appease Enlil (or followgod's commandments) you will be "rewarded" with your place in "heaven".  The problem is, your vision of heaven is the same soul regeneration cycle as spoken above.  You will continue reincarnating as a slave and as you have done many times beforehand, and your memory will be erased from all previous lifetimes.

The etymology of words also plays an important role in today's society.  For example:

Zu = Ultimate Master

Su = A Master

Hence...

EA-SU = TeachersEA-SU = Iesous = Jesus

DA-EA = Deus = root for all of the terms used for "God".

Suffix EAU = The works of

EAU was changed to EAYU = EAWEH = YAHWEH = JEHOVA  

The EASU planted clues deep with caves and caverns all around the planet to help us remember who we are and how to get out of this system. Some of the ESAU are even responsible for building the pyramid and the "Face on Mars".

The biblical story tells us that Jesus is God's son, but the truth is that EA's first born son, Marduk proclaimed himself God and was called Amen RA.  He told the slaves that he was the one and only god and even changed the stela, hieroglyphs and pyramid descriptions to reflect his authority while removing the existence of all previous gods.  In addition, he eliminated everyone who did not pledge their allegiance to him.

The etymology of Marduk is as follows:

MAR (MR = son of ) DUK (dog - Sirius).  Marduk, the sun of a Sirian god, is literally a son of a bitch!

As part of the genetic experiment, EA and his sister gave the humans free will.  Despite this, some humans went back to the slave system because this was all they knew.  Does this sound familiar?  In today's society, most people are clueless that they are actually economic slaves to the same system. In exchange for going back to the system, Enlil assured them that if they obeyed him, they would be redeemed in the afterlife. 

After being removed from his position by his brother, Enlil, EA subsequently experimented with the sexual response of his creations by "cranking up" their libidos, which is why the average person thinks about sex every 10 minutes.  This was done in order to rebel against Enlil's heirarchy.

Despite these experiments done to appease the Orion reptilian Queens, EA was still frustrated that he 

had created a beast who was unaware and had no passion or consciousness.  At this point, he was approached from a being from another galaxy outside of the system.  These particular beings, in their evolution, left the need for their own physical bodies and learned to use internal energy "to climb the mountain.  They didn't need a rope.  They didn't need a ship.  They were able to use their own energy.  As they used more and more internal energy, they needed less density.  So, these beings from another galaxy were able to generate an evolutionary formula and plugged in a bird, a humanoid bird.  As they evolved, these beings lost their density.  they lost their need for a physical body but they liked 'bonking'.  For courtship purposes, they retained their wings.  But in the dark, there's no sunlight... the energy beings glowed.  They came to Prince Ea (and said, "Do you really want to give them independence?  Do you really want to give them Free Will? I'll tell you what we're going to do.  We're going to give you one of our own strands of DNA.  If you hard wire it into the beast, you're going to condemn him to passion, to inexplicable fire."  Prince EA said, "In a second" and he took that DNA and went to the beast and hard wired it into the beasts.  Suddenly he (the beast) was linked to another race in another galaxy.  Suddenly, he was aware.  He was conscious. These beings were called AKU.  The gift that was given to Prince EA (that) was placed inside of the beast, was known as the Gift of the Feather."

When you're one with your fire, here's what's going to happen to the beast.  He's going to see feathers.  They're going to manifest in front of them and he's going to dream about feathered beings and he's going to have feathered beings in his life... birds will fly in.  Suddenly, the feathers are going to become a crucial part of his existence.  The gift of the feather is this:  You're One with your fire; feathers are going to be falling out of the sky; you're going to dream about feathered beings; birds are going to appear; feathers are going to appear in the middle of your living room floor; feathers will be everywhere... it is the AKU.  They became known as Lord EA's lords.  Prince EA's title was Enki, Lord of Birds. Lord Ea's lords were the Enkiats, the Ahnk-KAs... angels, who were responsible for the gift that came from them.  Prince EA, eldest son of the Sirian King, responsible for the lordship of Planet EArth and the solar system in his neck of the woods... Prince EA took his own DNA and mixed it with the beasts.  In doing that, the reject (the beast) became the son of the Lord Creator... he was offspring of the God of Creation, himself.  Lord EA endowed us with his own DNA with the right of royalty.  We can assume the damn throne of Planet Earth and our own solar system.  The "system said, "Jesus Christ! DON'T LET THEM KNOW THIS STORY" because if51% of them stand up and say, "I am as mad as hell and I am not going to take it anymore... I want the aliens out, I want the Grays out... I have a right to the throne of this planet"... we're going to take over and we have a right to do it. And you know what?  We're going to make it a Free Willed, passionate, all loving empire.  The system doesn't want it.

The current administrators of the empire government on the planet have lineage back to the Orion hybrid reptilians, while the money was given to RA's (Marduk's) children, the Rockefellers and Rothschilds.  As you can see, the names of Rockefeller (RA-KA Pharaohs) and Rothschild (RA-KA-M = RA-KAM <KAM = shield> = RA-Shield = Rothschild) are part of this war on consciousness.

How 'Things' Have Changed

1.  The POTUS proposes legislation. It's drafted, presented to the House or the Senate, voted on, and defeated.  So the POTUS signs an executive order, bypassing the legislative branch of the government.

2.  Advertisements on TV used to market real things, like food, or personal hygiene products, or cleaning products.  Today, the ads focus on cancer hospitals, pharmaceutical drugs, and non-profits like The Wounded Warrior project that want you to send them $19.95 a month.

3.  Financial fraud is exposed and proven in the media and nothing happens.  The institutions are 'too big to fail'..... take them out of the economy, and things will be disrupted, so its best to continue with the status quo.  But Iran executed an CEO whose companies did $2.6 billion in fraud....this happened today...

4.  The news cycle quickens.  Flight 370 lasted a few cycles.  Then, Last month, it was Bowe Borgdall the AWOL soldier.  That was to divert attention away from the veterans' health care system long waits resulting in deaths.....  Today it is ISIS in Iraq, which Obama just declared to be in full civil war; he's sending in 300 pair of boots.... special operations ..... for security...???? ISIS declared a CIA operation; some are reported to carry U.S. passports.  New York City is on high alert.  Paul Craig Roberts reports the U.S. appears to be gearing up for a little round of nuclear war with Russia, thinking that such an exercise is survivable/winnable.  Tens of hundereds of children are sent across the mexican border into the U.S., reported to be traveling alone, and their families paid $9000 to get them out of Guatemala???

I Remember

Do you remember when you bought 3 or 4 limes for US$1.00 ?  You'd cut one open and use it for a garnish or in a drink, or as a beverage or other edible.  And then maybe 1/2 of one would sit out unused, and you just toss it.  They're cheap.

New Post

Lots of dots.  Seemingly random.

Lots happening.  Nothing is as it seems, except today --- right now.  As best as we can perceive, within our allowed range of frequencies.

Happens too fast.  Nothing stays in the 'news' for long.  Move right along to make room for a new story, probably the same theme.  All carefully controlled.

I go to the store.  It is a surreal experience.  I see Chinese factory goods and food-like products.  We all consume..... we have been trained to take these, in return for paper for which we labor 40-or-so hours each week.  When good, we get 2 weeks off with each orbit of the planet around its sun..... or however that goes.

(time for a new paradigm...... the helical theory of the solar system....... hold the press on those science books --- we have a few new ones to overlay some of the old pages....)

mind control.  a lot of it is about mind control.  it is rampant.  and it takes many forms.  lots of people are bound up by it.  much is inherent within what a parent teaches their child.  it is simply unconscious behavior.  and it is intentional behavior modification by controlling energies.  and there is drugging a subject into total suggestibility and memory failure after-the-fact.

inorganic material has no function in the body, other than to cause ill health and disease.  we should avoid ingesting such substances, and in fact, we should detox to remove any such substances ingested involuntarily.  For example, heavy metals are dropped into our skies almost daily..... and they fall where they may, and we absorb the material into our field of energy.  it needs to be repelled.  rejected.  just tell it, "No!".

very few sources of information are trustworthy.  those voices who seem to speak truth today may be taken tomorrow, and then they will no longer speak truth.  everything changes.
