Years ago, I listened to a podcast with a scholar of educational policy, going back to the 1950’s, citing the wisdom of Charlotte I??? - I cannot recall her name, but she warned of educational policy planned for slow implementation. The podcast was with a man, who had access to Charlotte’s research, and who had done his own homework.
The plans included the “school to prison pipeline” and the “health care on-site” programs. I’m struggling to recall details specific enough to repeat here, but the titles of the programs give you the gist.
It seems Pennsylvania may be the first to implement the “health care on-site” model. The Democratic governor, Josh Shapiro, has proposed legislation to open ALL medical information of children to state governmental “authorities”, to allow questioning and counseling of children on all matters of “health” within the school without parental consent, and to institute a state run central database of vaccine history.
Pennsylvania is one of the few states to allow philosophical exemptions to vaccines as a condition of school attendance. I don’t think this will be in place much longer. Could be a long term land grab of Amish farmland in play, as seems to be happening in New York State, where court sanctioned vaccine requirements are resulting in Amish communities talking of relocating out of state.
Charlotte’s research about school policy, and intentional “dumbing down”, seemed ludicrous at the time she presented her material, but today, seems like prophecy. I will find this old material, likely on Mel’s Veritas7 channel, and report back…
